Welcome guys and congratulations on taking this huge step on your journey. You already know how much meditation can improve your life. All you need to do now is learn how to do it correctly and make it a daily practice. Easy right? 

I want to make the process as simple as possible for you.

So, start by watching the video, do the guided meditation, then take a look at the printout so you can remember the steps. Finally, use the calendar to check off every day that you meditate for the next 30 days. Try to meditate on your own after listening to the guided practice a few times. 

 Many people believe that 30 days is enough time to form a habit pattern in the brain, so try your best not to miss a day. You can do it!

In this video lesson, you’ll learn a simple way to start meditating so you can get the most out of your practice. Don’t waste time learning about so many theories and spiritual practices. It is really so simple.

Finally, I want to let you in on a little secret:

Meditation is the long game; it is a marathon, not a sprint. There is nothing more effective at changing your life for the better. 

But don’t try to get there all at once!

Slowly, over the course of many months and years, if you practice daily, you will evolve and grow into a new, happier, version of yourself. 

But it takes time and patience. Try not to get there too quickly. Be kind and allow yourself to grow. Do not be too focused on results. Just trust in the practice and allow yourself to unfold, all in good time. 

Imagine asking a farmer, how can I make my crops grow more quickly? The crops will grow when they are good and ready. All we can do is nurture them and wait for them to grow. 

Try to see yourself in the same way when it comes to meditation. Nurture yourself by meditating consistently, and then let go.
