So you’re ready to start taking meditation seriously, but you’ve encountered a few problems along the way. When you sit, the mind wanders around of its own accord and you’re left wondering whether you meditated or just sat thinking for twenty minutes.
You’re totally on the right track, because meditation is going to transform your life and enable you to live with deep inner peace. Stress and worry will become so much easier to manage.
But it’s easy to feel powerless with all that mental chatter going on up there. And then frustration and negativity start coming in to play.
The first thing you should know is that you don’t need to perfectly still the mind in order to meditate well. But if you’re able to quiet the mind with the right techniques, it does help! And it massively speeds up the process of transformation.
If you’re ready for real change in your life, and feel that you’re finally ready to take that step onto the spiritual path, this course is for you.
Stop letting that busy life get in the way of your growth. Life just goes round and round in circles. It’s not going to stop. You have to stop!
When I first started meditating, my mind was so restless. I’d get glimpses of stillness, and that would feel amazing. So when I had a meditation where my mind was restless, I felt like I’d failed.
There were times when I gave up; I convinced myself that I couldn’t do it, and that meditation just wasn’t for me. Then I came up with excuses, like I was too busy, or that it was too hard to find the time.
But after a while, I’d go back to meditation.
Then of course, my mind would wander again and again.
There were times where I’d get so angry. Would you judge me if I told you that there were a few times when I assaulted my sofa? Other times, I curled up and cried in the fetal position.
But I kept going back.
Because something inside told me that this practice was essential for me, that it was healing me, despite the tears and the rage.
With time, I found the right teachers who helped me figure out how to meditate deeply and silently. They gave me the tools and techniques I needed to meditate effectively, techniques suited to someone restless like me.
With time, I began to feel more peaceful on a daily basis, like I was on medication. I became more peaceful, less reactive to things that annoyed or upset me, more confident and courageous, less attached to outcomes, and more free from mental restlessness.
And there were no side effects at all!
In this course, I’ve condensed everything I’ve learned over the past eight years on how to quiet the restless mind.
So this process doesn’t have to be so messy for you, like it was for me.
One of the most important things I’ve learned is that you don’t need to do it perfectly. You just have to do it consistently.
In module 1, we introduce the concept of Quiet Mind, and look at some of the basics of meditation.
In module 2, we delve deep into the very important topic of relaxation. We explore a variety of different techniques to help you relax your body and mind before meditation. This can be seen as the “before” meditation stage.
In module 3, you’ll learn what to do within your practice of meditation to go deep and quiet the mind. We explore breath awareness, mantra, visualization, and more.
In module 4, you will explore what you can do after meditation and during your day to increase your chances of meditating deeply. Many of us forget that every thought, word, and action affects our consciousness, so the more we can live in tune with spiritual truths, the easier it will be to meditate well.
Finally, we will put it all together and learn how we can get the most out of our meditation practice.
This course is already great value, but I wanted to add some extra goods in there just for you. Let’s take a cheeky look at the bonuses you’re going to get when you enrol in Quiet Mind.

I started meditating in 2012 after some difficult times. Meditation was hard but I knew from the start that it had the potential to change my life on so many levels.
After practicing for a few years, I realized how powerful meditation was, and that I wanted to spend my life sharing it with others.
I had my fair share of challenges (and still do to some extent), but over time, it was so awesome to see the transformation that took place within me.
Over the 8 years of meditation, I’ve learnt so much about how to meditate deeply and quiet the mind.
And I’ve heard so many people tell me that the reason they don’t meditate is because their mind is too busy. Others tell me that this is their greatest challenge in meditation.
So that’s why I created Quiet Mind, to help beginner and intermediate meditators learn from my successes (and failures) and get their feet firmly on the spiritual path.
A few years ago, I became a certified meditation teacher and later started Two Steps From Bliss. Since the site was released in 2018, it has grown its fan base and attracts over 1000 visitors per month. I’m pretty proud of it and it’s been super helpful to a lot of people.
Nick’s teaching is really helpful. I’ve tried meditation before and my mind keeps going on and on. I love the step-by-step approach, the body awareness, the breathing, and then the mantra really makes such a great process. This all helps to keep my mind clear.

Two Steps from Bliss is an approachable program. It makes me feel more positive about my ability to maintain a meditation practice. Nick provides a variety of resources to help me incorporate the simple steps into my life. His work is full of thoughtful information, and the videos and site have a personable feel. I’m now so excited to move forward with meditation.
There are so many platforms to learn where to begin meditation and how to develop, but that can be very overwhelming which defeats the object of trying to slow down! I’ve found that the way Nick has designed his teaching method is perfect for everyone. It’s informative, interesting and easy to digest. I can’t wait to push forward and evolve my own abilities at a comfortable pace.
Jonny, St. Albans
I began meditation through a friend who is a meditation instructor because I was interested in the benefits. Little did I know what amazing advantages it would have in my life. Joining Two Steps From Bliss allowed me to gather more and more information about my new passion. I’m so grateful that there is an avenue for people to get involved with meditation and the skills it takes to get started. Such an awesome site, it never disappoints with the information it offers.
Mandy, New York
“I used to use the ‘so hum’ mantra… I would inhale for ‘so’ and exhale for ‘hum.’ It worked, but I would force the inhale and exhale and I was never too connected to that pattern. With Nick’s simple guidance, magic appeared. With a short amount of time and focusing on the breath, I felt a deep connection.”
The way meditation is explained in Two Steps From Bliss is similar to the contents of the Indian books. However it is very easy and simple to practice.
You’ll get around 20 videos with 2 hours of content. I tried to keep the videos to between 5-10 minutes to make it easy for you to digest. There are also 7 practice audio exercises, 3 guided meditations, PDFs, and written content. You’ll also gain access to the Facebook community for support.
This course is best for people who are fairly new to meditation or for those who have been practicing for a while but still face challenges. Even if you’re a total beginner, you will get a complete step-by-step system for how to meditate. If you are a very experienced meditator with an established daily practice, this course may be a little basic for you, but you’ll still get some great tips and support if you think it could help.
I teach meditation as taught by my Guru, Paramahansa Yogananda. He was an Indian spiritual master who came to America in the 1920s and shared the teachings of yoga with the west. This style of meditation is highly systematic and scientific, using breath and energy control techniques to enter deeper states of consciousness. In this course, we explore the basic techniques of this path. In later courses, we may explore more advanced techniques.
You could get through the course in a couple of days, but I’d recommend taking it slowly and practicing each of the exercises before moving on. Ideally, take the course over 3 or 4 weeks to let the teachings sink in.
You’ll have lifetime access to the course once you’ve purchased it. But try your best to stick with it and complete the course within a month of purchase.
Everything is located in Teachable, a user-friendly platform that houses all of the content. You will have immediate access to everything and you’ll be able to see the progress you’ve made through the course in a bar at the top of the page.
The course is divided into 5 modules. Take the lessons in the order that they appear. The first module is an introduction, the second takes you through relaxation exercises, then module 3 explores concentration techniques. Module 4 delves into how to live your daily life, and the final module is a quick review and guide on how to put it all together. After some of the videos there are practice exercises, and each of the main 3 modules includes a guided meditation.
You will have access to our Facebook community where you’ll receive support from me and other fellow students. Ask anything any time of day.
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund
